Terms of Service
Who we are
Registrar.li is a service of Domain Broker LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the United States of America (Business ID 25006024), with its principal address at 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, Maricopa County, United States ("Registrar.li", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our website and domain services.
Scope of services
We provide registration, renewal and transfer of .li domains and selected European ccTLDs (.eu, .es, .it, .be, .at, .pt), together with DNS hosting, DNSSEC, WHOIS privacy and email/web forwarding. We act as a registration intermediary between you and the relevant registry.
Account and registrant data
You must provide accurate, complete registrant contact data and keep it current, updating changes within 7 days. Knowingly providing inaccurate data, or failing to correct it after notice, may result in suspension or deletion of the domain under applicable registry policy.
Fees, renewals and refunds
All fees are stated and billed in EUR. Registration and renewal prices are published side by side on our pricing page; price changes never apply to periods already paid.
Domains renew automatically by default. We send reminders 30 and 7 days before renewal; auto-renewal can be disabled at any time before the renewal date. Because registries process registrations immediately, fees are non-refundable once a registration, renewal or transfer has been submitted to the registry, except where required by law.
Registry policies and eligibility
Each extension is subject to the terms of its registry — including NIC.li (.li), EURid (.eu), Red.es (.es), Registro.it (.it), DNS Belgium (.be), nic.at (.at) and DNS.PT (.pt) — which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Some extensions carry eligibility requirements (for example, EU/EEA residency for .eu). You are responsible for meeting them; registry decisions on eligibility and disputes are final.
Transfers
Transfers in and out use the registry's standard authorization mechanism (auth code). We do not block outbound transfers, except during the first 60 days after registration or a change of registrant where registry policy requires a lock. Inbound transfers include a 1-year extension where the registry permits.
Acceptable use
Domains and services may not be used for unlawful content or activity, phishing, malware distribution, botnet command and control, or the sending of unsolicited bulk email. Abuse reports are reviewed within one business day; confirmed abuse may lead to immediate suspension. Report abuse to [email protected].
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, registry or court order, or to protect the security and integrity of our systems. Where practicable we give notice and an opportunity to cure before acting. You may terminate at any time; §04 governs refunds.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our service levels are described in the Service Level Agreement; the credits defined there are your sole remedy for availability failures. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies with the state and federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence and to registry-mandated dispute procedures (e.g. UDRP or equivalent ccTLD ADR).
Changes and contact
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email and on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions and legal notices: [email protected].
